1. Event Registration & Participation

By registering for the M&M GOLD DIAMOND PARTY NIGHT, you agree to the following terms:

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Your QR code is unique and non-transferable.
• Entry will only be granted with a valid QR code.
• Dress code: Elegant, Black – non-compliance may result in denied entry.
• You must arrive at the designated time and location specified in your registration.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in refusal of entry without a refund.

2. QR Code Policy

• Each QR code is unique and linked to a specific registrant.
• QR codes cannot be transferred, resold, or shared.
• Only one scan per QR code is permitted at the event entrance.
• Any attempt to reuse or duplicate a QR code may result in denial of entry.

3. Event Rules & Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, attendees must:

• Follow the instructions of event staff and security personnel.
• Respect other guests and maintain appropriate behavior.
• Comply with all venue rules and local regulations.
• Refrain from bringing prohibited items (e.g., weapons, illegal substances).

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in removal from the event without refund.

4. Photography & Media Consent

By attending the event, you agree to:

• Being photographed, filmed, and recorded during the event.
• The use of your image in promotional materials, social media, and media coverage.
• M&M GOLD and Marbella Platinum Concierge S.L. using event footage for marketing, branding, and future promotions.

If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform event staff upon arrival.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

M&M GOLD and Marbella Platinum Concierge S.L. are not responsible for:

• Personal belongings: We do not provide storage and are not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Personal injuries: Attendees assume all risks associated with event participation.
• Event modifications: We reserve the right to change event details, timing, or location if necessary.

In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, refund policies will be communicated separately.

6. Data Privacy & Marketing Consent

By registering for this event, you consent to your personal data being used by:

• Marbella Platinum Concierge S.L.
• M&M GOLD (NIP: 5213529744)

for the following purposes:

• Event organization and security.
• Marketing and promotional communications.
• Exclusive offers and VIP invitations for future events.

Your data will be processed in compliance with the GDPR and Spanish data protection laws. You can withdraw your consent for marketing at any time by emailing privacy@marbellaplatinumconcierge.com.

7. Refund & Ticket Policy

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or failure to comply with event rules.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• In the case of event cancellation, registered attendees will be notified about refund options.

8. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued participation in the event constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union (GDPR regulations). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
